Thanks to all the kind people who shared the way to fix copy paste
from Word into Frame. <br>

Here's how:<br>
Open the file maker.ini, which in my case was here:<br>
<br>
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Technical Communication Suite
2\Adobe FrameMaker 9<br>
<br>
Edit the line:<br>
ClipboardFormatsPriorities=FILE, OLE 2, EMF, META, DIB, BMP, MIFW,
MIF, RTF, UNICODE TEXT, TEXT<br>
<br>
Change the line to:<br>
ClipboardFormatsPriorities=UNICODE TEXT, FILE, OLE 2, EMF, META,
DIB, BMP, MIFW, MIF, RTF, TEXT<br>
<br>
You will need administrators right to do the editing.<br>
