at this and it was in fact like this for all FM versions. Was a
fairly simple fix and will be available in the upcoming update

in FM9 the dialog never gets dismissed any more and that may
have been what keyed FMx to update the href (and height/width).

into an existing anchored frame, the href attribute is not
updated to the new image path and name, in your example

are using a FrameMaker feature (File > Import > File

and then insert a new one.<br>

My images are not distorted because I'm not using the width
