<div>More-relevant answer: You shouldn't do this, anyway. I feelt that indexes should use capitalizattion as driven by tthe indexed terms. So, proper nouns and such get capitalized; plain-old terms don't; and maybe your special terms (e.g., GUI elements) follow capitalization of the user interface.</div>
