As of this morning, when starting FM10 a message indicating

"licensing expired" shows up, and the program would not

run.<br>

(likely related to the change of year -- best wishes for 2013!)<br>

Other FM10 users in different locations encountered a similar

problem.<br>

<br>

The Adobe chat representative suggested contacting Adobe tech support by

phone, where I (expectedly) got a "closed for the holiday"

message.<br>

<br>

FM11, FM9 and FM8 do start as expected. <br>
