<p class="MsoPlainText">I'm using FrameMaker 11 and RoboHelp 10 in Adobe Technical Communication Suite (TCS) 4. My FrameMaker book is linked to RoboHelp.</p>

<p class="MsoPlainText">Assume I have a cross ref like this in Frame:</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"> </p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">See "ABC" on page 101.</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"> </p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">RoboHelp is supposed to convert the cross ref into a hyperlink like this:</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"> </p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">See "ABC".</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"> </p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">Most of my cross-references are converted correctly, but some are not. (The "on page 101" is still there in RoboHelp and the generated WebHelp project.)</p>

<p class="MsoPlainText">In Frame, two references may use the same cross reference format... but RoboHelp converts the one cross ref OK but not the other. In fact, I’ve even copied a cross ref and pasted it into another location in the Frame file. The original
cross ref converts OK, but the copied one does not!</p>

<p class="MsoPlainText">Anyone else encountered this problem? Any solutions? Thanks much.</p>
