PS, PDF, Other??? I crashed on PDF generation because I had an old Courier font. I forget exactly what the problem is (I'm dumb about fonts), but it had to do with that. I pulled out all use of that font, and the problem went away. For a test, you could find the smallest book that crashes, then set all fonts to something normal like Ariel...
