 file is 8.5 x 11, and the other is A4. Both can contain all other attributes (paragraph styles, character styles, colour definitions, etc). Apply the first template when you want to create a PDF for the US market. Once that's complete, apply the second template
 to the book to create the PDF for the European market.</span></p>
