It turns out there's an additional wrinkle to this: client now wants
line numbers to be contiguous through the entire, 470+ page
document. Because Word does it this way. <br>
<br>
So I'm not sure Frame is going to give the client what they want for
this job, and I'm definitely sure that autonumbered paras within the
tables would not satisfy client.<br>
