<div dir="ltr"><div><div><div><div>hi,<br><br></div>would someone know what happens with the e-mail alias <a href="mailto:fmerror@adobe.com">fmerror@adobe.com</a> lately? When FM crashed earlier this week I tried sending the log file as I normally do but this time it bounced. I tried resending again, and tried a couple more times over the last days, to no avail.<br>
<br>the Delivery Failure Report tells me that my message <br>was not delivered to:    <a href="mailto:fmerror@adobe.com">fmerror@adobe.com</a><br>because:    550 No such user - psmtp<br><br></div><div>I know I was still able to send log files to this address in January.<br>
</div><div><br></div>I found forum posts about a similar issue with an Adobe e-mail alias for a different product, but that problem had reportedly been resolved at some point.<br><br></div><div>is Adobe experiencing problems with their e-mail servers? or are these aliases being retired?<br>
