to this list hoping that someone from Adobe</span> <span style='font-family:
"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#17365D'>is reading this and will step up to the
plate. I purchased a copy of Adobe Acrobat Pro Extended 9 over 2 1/2 years ago.
I purchased a disk from Adobe. The disk got packed in a recent move and is in
storage and I cannot get to it. I have contacted Adobe for a replacement
download link or disk. I have the valid license number and order number.</span>
<span style='font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#17365D'>Adobe is
refusing. They say that they only thing that they can do is</span> <span
style='font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#17365D'>purchase an upgrade
from them. Why should I have to purchase an upgrade if I have already</span> <span
style='font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#17365D'>purchased a copy?</span>
<span style='font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#17365D'>Adobe said that
is was "my fault" because I purchased a disk and had I purchased a
download link instead, that I could access that link from my account and all
would be OK.</span> <span style='font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#17365D'>So,
Adobe gives you an option of purchasing a disk, but doesn't tell you that if
you lose it or</span> <span style='font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";
color:#17365D'>misplace it that you're screwed - that really you should use
only the downlink link option? Certainly,</span> <span style='font-family:
"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#17365D'>I can't be the only one who has run into
this issue before and I don't make this a habit. This is one</span> <span
style='font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#17365D'>misplaced disk in like
17 years of purchasing Adobe products.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p><span style='font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#17365D'>Here's the rub
. . .they willingly give me a link to a site for downloading updates to Acrobat
9, but not a link to the initial installation?</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p><span style='font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#17365D'>I am just so
flippin' sick and tired of Adobe's nonchalance about customer service and how
they absolutely loved telling me that I had to spend more money w/ them for
them to help me.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
