<font size=2 face="sans-serif">I need to make accessible PDFs.  I'm
using FM 10.<br>

There are two things I need to do:<br>
<br>
1. Have each heading be tagged "en-us".<br>
2. Have ALT tags for each graphics.<br>
<br>
The second item we've figured out (the Graphics->Options item), but
how do <br>
we do #1?<br>
