<div dir="ltr">I'm running Technical Communication Suite. There's no telling what the problem could be. Tech support at Dell (Makers of Alienware) recommended I reinstall my operating system. Someone else recommended that I reinstall Technical Communication Suite. Upgrading to the latest may solve my problem; if that was guaranteed, I wouldn't mind spending the money.<br>

As I recall, I used FM 8, 9, 10 and 11 on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit for quite some time on a Lenovo W-500 laptop, without any unusual behavior that I would/could attribute to Windows Ultimate.<br>

2 years ago, I got a new Lenovo W-530 laptop with Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. I have FM 8 installed too, and it runs just fine.<br>

I've been running Frame 9 on Windows Ultimate 64 bit (i7 processor with 8 GB of ram) for at least 3 years and the only problems I have are the same occasional issues reported by any number of people running on a multitude of configurations.<br>

The difference for me is that I'm running Frame 9 as a stand-alone option, not as part of the Tech Comm Suite.<br>
