<p>the table row format options can only applied individually and are not accessed via a format list (afaik).</p>

<p>You could write a script (Framescript or ExtendScript) to change all rows to specific values.</p>

<p>(In ExtendScript, the objects are called "RowMaxHeight" and "RowMinHeight".)</p>
