<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#0D0D0D">This is driving me nuts. I apply a character format to, say, a cross reference. I save the document. I close the book and close Frame. I re-open Frame and the book…and the cross reference has returned to the
previous character format. I cannot remember what to do to make the new format stick. Can anyone put me out of my misery? Thanks ion advance.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
