You can create a TOC for the entire book or in an individual file,
which is usually one chapter. This is a chapter TOC. To make a TOC
for a section that includes several chapters, you would probably
need to add a sub-book and add a TOC while selecting the sub-book,
but I've never done this myself.<br>
