This has happened to me at least 3 times. It's incredibly
frustrating and a big time waster. <br>
<br>
<b>To Adobe Developers:</b> This is at the TOP of my wish list for
Adobe to fix. There should be a warning before a Change All
operation or a button to hide the change part of the dialog box. The
warning dialog box should NOT have an OK button that you can click
accidentally by pressing Enter. It should be required that you
actually click it (or press Tab to make the OK button active before
you press Enter). <br>

I back up my work files at the end of each day so I can go back to
the previous day, which helps somewhat. <br>
<br>
I don't think I actually pressed ALT+a. I think it is some sort of
bug that when you copy/paste into the Find box and press Enter to
quickly it thinks you pressed Change All. <br>

incidents where the Change All operation was launched
accidently – the dialog box is open and has the focus and
the writer accidently, or in another goal, uses the ALT-A
key combination. Change All is launched - no permission is
asked and no Cancel or Undo is available. If working in a
book, the changes are book wide! Can be catastrophic,
believe me.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
