Can't Open a FM File

If it is hanging-up on a graphic, and you reference your graphics, try
renaming the graphics folder.  If the file is not corrupt, Frame should
open the file and issue an error message.

Unfortunately this doesn't work either. I guess I'm going to have to try
to pull this info out of my memory and rewrite the chap again.
