Font problem: text next to the printer marks appears in Symbol

Hello fellow Framers,

a colleague of mine encountered the following problem:

The text next to the printer marks, i.e. the document name and date, appears in Symbol instead of a "regular" font. 

Any idea of the cause of this problem and how we can change this to a regular font (Times, Helvetica, ...)?
