Using arrows keys to move graphics and drawings

Hi,
Framemaker 7.2p158
I don't seem to be able to use the arrow keys to maneuver images and
drawings around the page. I have a utility called KatMouse (v1.01)
installed, and a Logitech wireless keyboard.

Can this be resolved?
