I've had the same problem.

Best as I can recall, it popped up when trying to "Save as PDF" when my HP
deskjet was listed as the default printer. However, in my case, FM did no
automatic switching. When I saved the PDF nothing showed up, despite the
distiller going through its thing. I can only successfully save a PDF when
the Adobe PDF printer is the default.
