Copying from Another Instance of FM

I believe if you have two instances, that copy-and-paste goes through
the Windows clipboard, which would probably scrub anything it didn't
like/recognize.
s there a Paste As option that lets you pick a format to paste?

Why not just use one instance, two windows, and keep it within Frame?
