Changing FM7.2 default parameters

We haven't upgraded to 7.2 yet, but in 7.0 there is another maker.ini
file in:

\Documents and Settings\<your username>\Application
Data\Adobe\FrameMaker\7.0

This is the ini file that is read when you launch FrameMaker.
