OT - Word Template for White Papers from a Frame team

Hey All,
   
  Our VP wants the doc team to make a Word Template for White Papers. We are all Frame users, and I am fairly new to Word.

Do you have any suggestions on what i can do to provide a good template to my VP? He is extremely knowledgeable about Word and templates....
