Backing up in Frame

Rick and Ian provided an answer. Here's another: Shlomo Perets' FM
customization kit (see microtype.com)adds a Jump Back button to the
Quick Access bar and maps it to Shift+F2. 

And that's one of its _less_ significant enhancements -- highly
recommended.
