Dictionary Headers Issue in Index

Hi!
 
I am using dictionary headers in my FM-generated index. My index happens
to be only one page, so I have a blank left page. Even so, the header
appears on this page, displaying the last index entry of the *previous*
page. No other one-page file exhibits this behavior. Is this a known FM
bug, or am I doing something wrong?
