Frame Header Info in an HTML output

We are using Webworks e-publisher Pro to create HTML from a Frame book.
The files are both structured and generated.
It is working great, but we would like to know if anyone has found a
method to pull the Frame master page header information from the Frame
files to use as a banner on the top (once) of each HTML file. This data
is presently not available from the body pages or in the structure.
