Structure View

[Spreadbury, David]

There are two maker.ini files. The one controlling the structure view
placement is located in

Documents and Settings\<your user name>\Application
Data\Adobe\FrameMaker\7.0

   I suggest setting the Structure View coordinates to match another
window 
that appears on your current monitor.
