Alan Houser will be teaching "FrameScript Development: Fundamentals" and
"DITA: Publishing in FrameMaker" at Front Runner Training in Toronto.

FrameScript Development: Fundamentals (3 days) September 19-21, 2007 Cost:
$1,690.00 CDN per person

FrameMaker is an incredibly powerful publishing tool that can be hampered by
its interface and a lack of macro tools to facilitate automation.

The solution to these problems lies in FrameScript, a tool that allows you
to automate many of the manual tasks in FrameMaker publishing that normally
consumes hours every day. The return on investment is immediate. Simply put,
this course will change the way that you use FrameMaker.

Testimonial: "A first class course with an excellent instructor; more of
the same from Front-Runner."
Alan Broomhead, FrameScript® Development Course, October 2005

DITA: Publishing in FrameMaker (3 days)
September 24-26, 2007 Cost: $1,290.00 CDN per person

This three-day course teaches participants the skills necessary to author
and publish DITA-compliant documents with Adobe FrameMaker 7.2 and the Adobe
DITA plug-in. Students will learn the concepts behind DITA, such as
information typing and topic-based authoring.

Testimonial: “Once again Alan has given us a glimps into the wonderful world
that he works in and has graciously shared his wealth of knowledge with us.
I look forward to appling this to my work. Thanks again Alan.”
