CHANGING THE TOOLS PALETTE

Hello there,I'm asking this question as I don't think anyone would even think to do something I'm trying to do.Do
you know how to access the Tools Palette? I.e. what file monitors it. I
think I can change any menu and add buttons to anything in Frame, but
this one palette is somehow out of my reach. I would love to add couple
features to it though.Please let me know.Michael
