Embedding Videos

Has anyone successfully embedded a video in their Frame file, and then
been able to pass it through to their *.chm help file? 
 
If so, how did you do it? 
 
What code did you use in the Frame file? 
 
What did you do in ePub? 
 
What type of video file was it?
