HTML to MIF?

If you only want to do it once, you might consider to open the HTML files in
Word, and then open the Word files in FrameMaker and save as MIF.

The quality of the HTML is probably okay. I didn't write it, and the person
who did write it is no longer here.

However, he used FrontPage to write in the first place. Since then, there
have been a handful of manual edits to the HTML, but the quality should be
pretty typical for FrontPage-generated HTML.

Using Perl had occurred to me. I'm just hoping for a simpler solution. :)

Depending on the "quality" of your HTML, this could be fairly simple to do
using Perl.
