OT: TOOL -- Xara Vector drawing & photo editing

If anyone needs a good vector art drawing program with photo editing 
capabilities, may I recommend Xara, which is on sale till tomorrow at 
25% off. (That makes it US$59 to US$186 depending on version.)

This program is much like Adobe Illustrator, but reportedly faster and 
easier to work with.  I haven't used Illustrator, but I've had Xara for 
several years, and it is a great, inexpensive tool.  Have a look at some 
of the galleries on their site for examples of the incredible graphics 
that people create with it.

I'm not trained in any graphic arts, but I was able to create this 
splash screen http://tinyurl.com/2k26a5 after working through a couple 
of tutorials on similar ideas.

(No commercial interest in the product, just a very happy user.)
