My immediate  on ern is that some of your  olleagues are playing some sort of elaborate joke on you.

Are you not perhaps suffering from a keybinding mess-up? The fa t that it only o  urs in FrameMaker rules out a busted keyboard and means that it must be something FrameMaker-spe ifi , no?
