PDF opening on "wrong" page

That helped tremendously. The box was set to 0 to begin with, but I set it
to one and then back to 0 and it worked! Go figure.

Hi Mary,

In the Print dialog box, click PDF Setup. In the Settings tab, you should
see a field called "Open PDF on Page ____.
