HTML to Frame plugins/utilities?

Well this isn't a utility, but it might work, although it's pretty expen$ive. I'm talking about the new Adobe Tech Comm suite that links RH tightly to FM.  Put the file in RH and then import the content into FM.

Just a suggestion...
