Recording DVDs

Hello All,

The best way to handle this is to import the VCR signal into the
computer and, by using most COTS, render the resultant file(s) and
burn a DVD with both menus and chapters.

Software: Nero, Roxio, Pinnacle etc. will do this quite well.
