Equations Palette nightmare

[Flato, Gillian]

I have never really understood the equations palette in Frame and I
don't use it that often. Right now I have to use it for some very
complicated equations. Does anyone know of a plugin that makes it
easier. Or any other tips and tricks? Does any equations palette guru
want to do a couple of equations for me <g>
