Paragraph catalog sort order

I have made the same experience with my format names ...

Someone mentioned that the difference of ASCII sort and UniCode sort 
may be the cause, hovever U0020 ... U007E are identical to ASCII 
(including - , ~ blank etc). I had the idea that FM is looking into 
what is set in the Index sorting - but this has no influence either.

So the question can only be answered by Adobe ...
