cudspan dobatch plugin problem (FrameMaker crashes)

thanks Fred,

while I am pretty sure that I have disabled this dialogue box in the
preferences already, I'll verify again tomorrow.  every suggestion is
welcome!  in the meantime, I am also exploring the runfm batch.
