condition-specific paragraph tags idea

Hi Lester and all.

Ah yes, I misunderstood condition.  He wants to apply a condition tag
to a paragraph tag, is that right?

I can change the color in a paragraph tag, and I can change the color
in a condition tag, but to apply a condition tag to a paragraph tag,
that I don't know how to do.
