keep with next in tables

Hi all:

FM 8.0 on XP

I am working in a table and would like one paragraph tag ("Attaching
Parts Start") to always "Keep with Next Row".

I only find "Keep with Next Row" in the Row Format dialog box.

Can I format the paragraph tag to ensure it keeps with the next row?
Or is it always a manual operation?
