Publisher to Frame Conversion

I did this for a small doc from a partner of ours.

All I can say is, "YUCK!"

Publisher is totally closed - Word doesn't interpret these files. You 
need to copy and paste the text from something, Publisher or PDF. 
Graphics will need to be recreated from scratch as they are embedded and 
if selected and copied will be very nasty (think ultra low-res JPEG 
quality).
