Page numbers

Someone please help me. I'm going on 35 hours for the week (since
Monday), and my brain is about to fall out.

 

My document has Appendices A, B, C, D, and E. I want to number each
Appendix with the letter and page number connected by a hyphen (A-1,
A-2, A-3, etc.)

 

For some reason I cannot figure out how to do this. All my other pages
(TOC, index, the bulk of the text) are numbered beautifully through
Format > Document > Numbering. All pages in the Appendices use an
"Appendix" master page that I created, but I'm not sure how to set up
special numbering for those pages.

 

If someone could point me to any previous threads on this subject, or
could answer my question here, I would very much appreciate it. Thank
you.
