Joseph, have heard of the ToolbarPlus Express by Shlomo Perets 
(http://microtype.com/ToolbarPlus.html)?

With this installed, you not only get some very useful commands on your 
fingertips, but also the possibility to re-apply the last paragraph (or 
character) command - a more intelligent F4 which you know from Word (in 
word anything - even delete a paragraph - is repeated).
