Unresolved Cross Reference

Perhaps someone has a suggestion about how to resolve this. I have just resolved all unresolved cross references in a 50-page document. When I search for any unresolved cross references, I get a message that none are found. Yet when I want to open or print the document, I get a message stating that the document has unresolved cross references. Is this another FrameMaker glitsch?
