Reasons for using graphic and table anchor tags

Linda Gallagher asked, "What are some of
your reasons for always anchoring tables and graphics to specific para
tags?"

Another reason is to be able to search for all of the paragraph tags
that anchor figures, for example to search for AnchorFig and
conditionalize all AnchorFig paragraphs to HardcopyOnly (or run a script
to do so).
