FM 8 - Change Bars

Hi all,

This request has come in from a client:
"How do I get change bars to appear alongside graphics/anchored  
frames? The help file indicates they should appear automatically (when  
set) against non-referenced graphics but I can’t get this to happen.  
All my graphics are in anchored frames."

Any suggestions as to what is going on for them, and how they might  
resolve this? I have offered a work around but there is probably a  
more definitive answer or solution.
