I forgot to mention that Jabok send me some of his files to look at. That's
how I knew about the disconnected page.

Hmm, I'd forgotten to consider the possibility of a disconnected page.
But the last page of the doc is always going to have a section symbol
(end of flow). 

If the second page is a disconnected page, then the first page also has
a section symbol (end of flow), and Jakob didn't mention that.
