Dictionary style running heads: some queries

It appears FM is doing what it was designed to do -- it picks up the
entire text of the first paragraph on the page tagged with whatever tag
is in your variable definition (Level1IX, probably). If the main entry
is not associated with a marker that has no subentries, then the main
entry will have no page number in the index, as in your first example.
(If your "Index entries" main entry *had* come from a marker with no
subentries, it would have appeared with the page number where the marker
was located, and the result would be the same as your "Pakistan" example.)
I'm sorry, I have no suggestions for a fix or a work-around... anyone else??
