Preserving HTML hyperlinks in a FrameMaker Document

I don't think there's an easy way to do it, mostly because there isn't
a filter to turn the HTML anchors and hrefs into FM markers.

If you have to do it manually, I'd copy the entire HTML page as text
and paste that into FM. Then you can cut and paste the links into FM
Hypertext markers.

An option would be to see if you can use FrameScript to do the
transformation. If it's something you have to do on a regular basis,
it'd be worth paying one of the FrameScript gurus to craft a custom
script for you.

However... if your developer is really good, he/she can probably
transform the script output into a MIF file which you could then open
and edit directly in Frame.
